Robotic mowing for properties that never stop growing.
GreenGrove installs, monitors and maintains commercial robotic mower fleets for business parks, towns, athletic fields, HOAs and the landscape contractors who serve them. The robots handle the cutting. Your crews and your budget go further.
Mowing is the most repetitive hour on any grounds crew's schedule.
It's also the hardest to staff. Robotic mowers take that hour off the payroll and put it back into the work people actually notice.
Labor goes further
Fewer crew hours spent behind a mower means more time for trimming, beds, enhancements and the next account.
Turf stays consistent
Robots cut a little and often instead of a lot once a week, so grass stays at an even height between visits.
Quiet, zero-emission work
Battery-powered mowers can run early, late or overnight near residents, offices and schools without engine noise or fumes.

Built for large turf and the people responsible for it
Commercial properties
Office parks, corporate campuses, retail centers, industrial sites
- Mowing happens after hours, out of tenants' way
- One predictable line item for turf
- A visible sustainability story for owners and tenants
Municipalities and public grounds
Parks, municipal buildings, schools, detention basins, open space
- Stretch public works crews across more acreage

Athletic fields
School districts, recreation departments, sports complexes, clubs
- Frequent, even cutting for a denser, more playable surface
- Mowing scheduled around practices and games
- Fleet mowers sized for single fields or entire complexes
HOAs and condominiums
Common areas, entrances, buffers and open lawns
- Quiet mowing residents barely notice
- Fewer trucks and trailers in the community
- Monitoring and service under one agreement with the board
Landscape contractors
Maintenance companies short on labor or ready to grow without adding crews
- Keep your clients and your contracts
- We install, monitor and maintain the robots on your accounts
- Your crews move to higher-margin detail and enhancement work
Already have the mowing contract? Keep it. Let the robots do the cutting.
Our contractor partner program lets landscape companies add robotic mowing to their existing accounts without buying a fleet, learning the software or training a tech. You stay the client's contractor. We run the robots behind you.
It's a way to cover mowing when you can't hire, take on more acreage with the crews you have, and offer your clients a newer, quieter service.
- Pick the accountsSend us the properties where mowing eats the most crew time.
- We assess and quoteSite walk, mower recommendation and a clear per-property price you can build into your own.

- You handle the restYour crews trim, edge, blow and manage the client relationship, with fewer mowing hours on the route.
We don't just drop off a mower. We run the fleet.

The right mower for each site, not one mower for every site
We install and service several leading commercial robotic mower lines. That lets us recommend equipment based on your property, not on what we happen to stock.
Wire-free GPS navigation
Open turf, fields and large lawns
Satellite-guided mowers follow a virtual map, so there's no boundary wire to bury or repair. They cut in straight, systematic passes and are easy to re-map when a site changes.
Boundary-wire systems
Heavy tree cover and tight spaces
Where buildings or canopy block satellite signal, a buried perimeter wire keeps the mower precisely in bounds. It's a proven, low-maintenance option once installed.
Large-area fleet mowers
Athletic complexes, parks and campuses
Wider-deck commercial units cover multiple acres each and run together as a managed fleet, with schedules set by zone around games, events and public use.
Compact units
Entrances, courtyards and common areas
Smaller mowers handle divided lawns, slopes and narrow strips that bigger machines can't reach efficiently, and pair well with a larger fleet on the same property.
What we look at before we recommend anything
- Total acreage and how it's divided into zones
- Slopes, berms and detention basins
- Tree cover and satellite visibility
- Obstacles, foot traffic and event schedules
- Power access and charging dock locations
- Security and how visible the equipment will be
How a robotic mowing program starts
- Site assessmentWe walk and measure the turf, note slopes, zones, foot traffic and power.
- Fleet planMower count, brand, dock locations and schedule, in an itemized proposal.
- Pilot areaStart with one field, building or section to prove it out.
- Full installMapping, docking and schedules set; your staff gets a walkthrough.
- Ongoing serviceMonitoring, maintenance and support all season.
Three ways to work with us
Purchase and managed service
For owners, towns and districts that want to own the equipment
You own the mowers. We size the fleet, install it and run monitoring, maintenance and support under a service agreement.
Service for your existing mowers
For properties already running commercial robotic mowers
We take over monitoring, blades, updates, repairs and seasonal service on the robots you already have.
Contractor partner program
For landscape companies
We deploy and run robots on your accounts so your crews spend less time mowing. You keep the client relationship.
Every program starts with a free site assessment and an itemized proposal.

Questions property managers ask
Is robotic mowing safe in public areas and around kids?
Robotic mowers use small, low-energy blades and stop when lifted or tipped. Many commercial models also detect objects and steer around them. We schedule mowing for times when fields and grounds are typically empty.
What about theft and vandalism?
Supported models are GPS-tracked and PIN-protected with alarms, and we see the fleet's location and status remotely. We place docks with security in mind during the site assessment.
Do we still need a trimming crew?
Yes. Robots cover open turf; edges, obstacles and beds still need hands. Most clients pair robotic mowing with reduced-frequency detail visits from us or their existing landscaper.
Can mowing work around games, events and rain?
Schedules are set by zone and can be changed remotely. We pause fields before events and adjust around wet conditions.
How big a property can you cover?
Commercial robotic mowers run as fleets, so large sites are covered by multiple units. We size the fleet after measuring the turf and its layout.
I'm a landscaper. Will you go after my clients?
No. In the partner program you remain the contractor of record. We work behind you on the accounts you choose.
